Fazitee Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns
At Fazitee (fazitee.com), your satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return or exchange an item, it must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and free of stains or odors
• All original tags must be attached
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)

Items not meeting these requirements may not be accepted for return or exchange.

Return Timeframe
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests outside this window cannot be accommodated.

How to Initiate a Return
Email support@fazitee.com with the following details:

• Your full name and order number
• Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email)
• A brief reason for the return
• A photo or video showing the item’s condition, especially if defective or damaged

Our support team will respond within 72 hours with detailed return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a Fazitee error (wrong item, defective product, incorrect size), we will cover return shipping costs
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid loss during transit

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for the following situations:

• Product arrives damaged or defective
• Incorrect item or wrong size received
• Manufacturing flaws or fulfillment issues

To request an exchange, email support@fazitee.com. Once approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Additional Information

• Returns or exchanges beyond 30 days are not accepted unless required by law
• Items that do not meet eligibility standards will not be refunded
• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method
