3. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

To maintain our high standards of efficiency, Fazitee adheres to a strict daily processing schedule:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.
  • Handling Time: Orders placed before the cut-off will begin processing within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Weekend Policy: Orders placed after Friday 5:00 PM (EST) or during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday.

4. Delivery Services & Tracking

Fazitee partners with premier couriers to ensure secure and reliable delivery of our high-value down jackets. Your order will be dispatched via one of the following carriers based on the most efficient route:

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

Tracking Your Shipment: Once your package has been scanned into the carrier’s system, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at checkout. This email includes a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Address Accuracy

At this time, Fazitee ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to US territories.

Address Verification: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Fazitee cannot be held liable for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided during the purchase process. If you notice an error in your address, please contact our support team immediately before the 5:00 PM (EST) cut-off.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

Each down jacket undergoes a rigorous quality control check before shipment. However, if your package arrives damaged, please document the condition of the packaging and the product immediately.

In the rare event that a package is marked as “Delivered” but has not been received, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier branch first. If the issue remains unresolved after 48 hours, contact support@fazitee.com.
