1. Policy Overview
At Fazitee, we strive to process and dispatch our premium down jackets as efficiently as possible. Because our 1-2 day handling process begins almost immediately after an order is placed, there is a limited window during which we can accommodate cancellations or modifications.
We encourage all customers to review their order details, including sizing and shipping address, thoroughly before completing the checkout process.
2. Order Cancellation
You may request a cancellation of your order within the first 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping phase.
- If the request is made within this window, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds for cancelled orders typically reflect in your account within 7 business days.
- If the 12-hour window has passed or the item has already been picked and packed for our carriers (USPS/UPS/FedEx), the order cannot be cancelled. In this instance, you may follow our 30-day Return Policy once the item arrives.
3. Order Modifications & Changes
We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to change your order details (such as the jacket size, color, or shipping address), please contact us immediately.

Note: Once an order has been assigned a tracking number and handed to the carrier, no further changes can be made.
4. Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused at the time of delivery or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the package will be returned to our Gaffney warehouse.
Upon receipt of the returned package, we will process a refund minus the original $6.99 shipping fee. We do not charge additional restocking fees for these occurrences.
5. How to Request a Change
To ensure your request is seen in time, please email us with the subject line “URGENT: CANCEL ORDER [Order Number]” or “URGENT: CHANGE ORDER [Order Number]”.
