1. Statement of Intent

Fazitee (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable international intellectual property laws, we have established this protocol for the notification of claimed infringement.

This policy applies to all content found on https://fazitee.com/, including but not limited to product photography of our down jackets, editorial copy, logo designs, and proprietary web elements.

Unless otherwise stated, all materials on this Site are the property of Fazitee. We hold exclusive rights to the creative direction and technical assets associated with our brand.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our agent. This must include your identification, the specific material removed, and a statement of consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or South Carolina, if your address is outside the United States).
