Fazitee Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
At Fazitee, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless. If a return is necessary, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received.
- All tags and original packaging must remain intact.
- A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.
Items not meeting these criteria may not be accepted for return.
Return Timeframe
Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. The delivery date is counted from when the carrier marks the item as delivered.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, send an email to support@fazitee.com with the following information:
- Your full name and order number
- A brief reason for the return
- A copy of your purchase receipt or order confirmation
- A photo or video showing the item’s condition, especially if damaged or defective
Our support team will review your request within 72 business hours and provide step-by-step return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to Fazitee’s error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to our mistake, we will provide a prepaid return label or refund the shipping cost after confirmation.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available under these circumstances:
- The item is damaged upon arrival
- The product is defective or does not function as expected
- You received an incorrect order (wrong size, color, or item)
