Where We Ship

At Fazitee (fazitee.com), we currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

We do not ship internationally at this time. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories to reduce lost shipments and unnecessary re-routing.

Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your items carefully:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM local time (Mon–Fri) typically enter processing the same day

  • Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or holidays begin processing the next business day

  • During high-demand seasons, please allow an additional 1–2 business days

Each package is packed with care, and we strive to reduce waste at every step.

Estimated Delivery Time
Packages usually arrive within 2–5 business days after leaving our facility. Delivery may be affected by:

  • Remote or rural addresses

  • Weather delays

  • Carrier delays

  • Holiday surges

If your order has not arrived by the 7th business day, contact us and we will assist promptly.

Order Tracking
Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking email with real-time updates, allowing you to:

  • See when your order leaves our facility

  • Track its journey to you

  • Get notified upon delivery

If tracking hasn’t updated within 72 hours, contact us and we’ll assist.

Issues with Shipping
Contact us if:

  • Tracking hasn’t updated in over 5 days

  • Your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it

  • Items arrived damaged or incomplete

  • It’s been 7 business days and you haven’t received your order
